2. Nature of Service
Isabasu is a companion directory platform that connects adults seeking social companionship with verified adult companions. The Platform facilitates introductions only. All arrangements are made between consenting adults. Isabasu does not employ, manage, or control the companions listed on the Platform. Each companion is an independent individual who sets her own terms, rates, and availability.
3. User Conduct
By using the Platform, you agree to:
a) Treat all companions and staff with respect and dignity at all times.
b) Not engage in any illegal activity in connection with the Platform.
c) Not share, distribute, or publish any companion's personal information, photos, or contact details without explicit consent.
d) Not use the Platform for the purpose of harassment, threats, or abuse.
e) Communicate honestly about your identity, preferences, and intentions.
f) Honour all agreed-upon terms including rates, duration, and boundaries.
4. Payments
All payments are made directly between the client and the companion. Isabasu does not process, handle, or guarantee any payments. Rates listed on companion profiles are set by the companions themselves. Disputes regarding payment should be resolved directly between the parties involved.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, images, design, logos, and layout — is the intellectual property of Isabasu and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this Platform without written permission. Companion photos are used with consent and remain the property of the respective individuals.
6. Limitation of Liability
Isabasu acts solely as a directory and introduction platform. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, injuries, or losses arising from arrangements made between clients and companions. All interactions are at the sole risk of the participating individuals. Isabasu does not guarantee the behaviour, performance, or availability of any companion listed on the Platform.
7. Companion Verification
Isabasu verifies companion profiles through identity checks and real-time photography. However, verification confirms identity and photo authenticity only. It does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any kind regarding the companion's services, conduct, or suitability for any particular purpose.
8. Termination
Isabasu reserves the right to deny service, block access, or remove any user or companion from the Platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to: abusive behaviour, policy violations, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
