Isabasu respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and companions to do the same. This page outlines our procedure for handling copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Copyright Infringement Reporting

If you believe that content on the Isabasu website infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include the following information:

a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
c) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Platform (URL).
d) Your contact information — including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
f) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

3. Response Timeline

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Isabasu will:

a) Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 48 hours.
b) Investigate the claim promptly.
c) Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 72 hours of a verified claim.
d) Notify the affected companion or user of the takedown.

4. Counter-Notification

If you are a companion or user whose content has been removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

5. Repeat Infringers

Isabasu will terminate access for users or companions who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.

6. Good Faith

Please note that filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. We encourage all parties to act in good faith when submitting or responding to copyright claims.
