3. Response Timeline

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Isabasu Mumbai will:

a) Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 48 hours.
b) Investigate the claim promptly.
c) Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 72 hours of a verified claim.
d) Notify the affected escort or user of the takedown.

4. Counter-Notification

If you are a escort or user whose content has been removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

5. Repeat Infringers

Isabasu Mumbai will terminate access for users or escorts who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.

6. Good Faith

Please note that filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. We encourage all parties to act in good faith when submitting or responding to copyright claims.
